The directive was to turn a residential house with commercial zoning into a commercial looking property without the need for the two existing tenants (a real estate office and a hair dressing business) having to relocate out of the premises.
With a budget of R600 000 and a period of three months from commencement to completion the first phase of the eventual three phase project was completed on time and within budget.
